Well, Allison has made it through her first day with her expander in, it is similar to this one.  The application took about 90 minutes. I have to say she was a real trooper. A few times I squirmed in my seat and even started to cry. (Of course unknown to her)
Now we just have to get through turning it three times a day for the next five days. It’s a little harder to do then I expected, emotionally. Even though I know it is what is best for her. The look on her face as I turn it, knowing how bad it hurts just breaks my heart. 

I kind of want to see this movie. A late night showing after a few drinks would be best!...lol
Also, watching this toast is pretty entertaining but I think I’ll pass on any bidding.

I kid you not! I just got a phone call from a girlfriend who I haven’t seen in over a year to make lunch plans for Sunday.

Tomorrow Gerry, Allison and I are spending most of the day at a family reunion. Visiting with relatives I haven’t seen in years and who have never even met my husband and daughter. It’s about a three hour drive so we are car pooling with my parents. Just spending the day with them is something I am also really looking forward to. I hate it that life is so busy these days that we live in the same city and yet hardly find the time to spend together.

I was going to mow the lawn this afternoon for my hard working husband but some how I ended up back in my pajama pants and surfing the net.

Allison and I just got home from her orthodontist appointment. I was told that it is very rare but once in a great while they have an expander they just can’t fit. I guess Allison was the lucky winner because they couldn’t get it in. So, they had to put her spacers back in for another week while they make another one and we will have to try again next Monday. Only this time in the evening so I don’t have to use any more vacation time.

This is so strange! On my computer and Gerry’s computer Roxy’s blog looks fine. But on my sisters computer all she can see is the template code. How can this be? So please tell me what you see when you go here?

I have been sitting here surfing Apple Trailers and now have a pretty good list of movies I really want to see.

I am sure the next trip Gerry and I make to the theater will be for The Guardian.
Surprisingly there are a few more movies on the way that we both might enjoy like
The Illusionist, Crank, and of course The Departed.

and I still really want to see John Tucker Must Die.

I decide that while I am waiting for Mel to give Roxy a new princess-y look, I might as well start blogging in her blog.
I can’t believe how much I love that silly hound. 

I just sneezed and lost one of my contact lenses some where on my desk.
