Allison just left for her first sleep over at a girlfriends house. She has spent many nights away from home with grandparents and my sister. But this is her first over night at a friends house.
I don’t know why I feel a little worried, the girl just lives one block away. It just feels different then her being with family.
Okay, what’s for dinner? Tonight or over the weekend?
I can’t believe in just seven short weeks I am going to be an aunt again.
Before my sister told me her news of being pregnant I thought the next chance I had of a new baby being a part of my life was going to be the day I become a (cough, choke, spit it out) a grandparent.
I am so happy to have been wrong on that.
Every time I look at the calendar, I am amazed at how fast the time is going by. Only seven short weeks. I am so excited.
Monday kicked my ass today!
I am hoping for a much kinder Tuesday tomorrow. Now I am going to take my head-achy self over to the couch for a bit of R & R before going to bed.
Yay, I feel like me again!

It’s Friday and I am finally feeling better! I am still far from 100% but am for sure far better then even yesterday.
Which is a huge relief because my sister is getting married tomorrow and it would really suck to be there in pain and with a high fever.

My husband has me hooked on it. I mean who wouldn’t love to hail a cab and end up winning a hand full of cash ? How fun ! I find myself yelling at the crazy people who risk it all on the video quiz at the end of their ride. Not even knowing what the video is going to be about! I could never do that. I would so take that money and go.
I am home today, sick from a kidney infection. I have had them before but this time, not sure what it was I took pain killers for back pain and didn’t see a doctor for about two weeks. Big mistake! I had to promise bed rest all day today and to check my temperature every four hours or he was going to admit me. Now the strong antibiotic’s are making me nauseous. This is not fun. I don’t do nauseus very well. At least I have Roxy here to wine to and nap with. If there is one thing a Basset Hound is good for, it’s napping.

Well, I thought it was fabulous and the preview they showed for the up and coming episodes looked even better. In an interview I saw with Ryan Murphy, he promises us one hell of a ride this season, so I plan to really enjoy the next fourteen weeks. And hope that it comes back for another.
