A cool blog if you enjoy watching movie trailers!
While Allison was at a sleep over last night, Gerry and I went to a 10:00pm showing of The Departed. I can not praise this movie enough. So worthy of all the hype.
I thought it was so good, that I am now changing my vote on the best movie I have seen all year, sorry Little Miss Sunshine you were touching and cute but you have just been whacked.
Allison’s school had a Family Fun Night last night.
The theme was the 50’s with Root beer floats, arts & crafts and Elvis BINGO. They even had a DJ playing all kinds of dance music for the kids and a hula hoop contest. Gerry and I had a blast watching Allison and her friends dancing under the lights all night.
I posted a few photos on Flickr but there is just something about this one that I love,
I know she doesn’t look so thrilled but trust me she had a great time.
I just got home from a four hour trip to the vet. Roxy has had a lump on her leg for over two weeks now and last night it looked like the redness might be spreading a little. Turns out the vet is not very worried, she cleaned it up and sent us home with an antibiotic rinse and some pills. Hopefully that does the trick and it heals fast.
Because I have plans with my mom tomorrow, I should spend the rest of today doing laundry and cleaning the house.
But I think a nap is much more likely. That is if I can pry myself away from the computer. I have been in real computer mode the last few days. I am happy to just sit here, listen to music, read and chill out.
Ever since the dog got here, Sammy will do anything for a little attention!
After taking Bethany to the doctor yesterday for her monthly check up I was thinking about what the baby will call me.
I guess Grandma is the most appealing, well besides Aunt Jennifer but that’s just wrong.
I don’t think I look like a Nana or Nanny and I can tell you for certain that I want nothing to do with Granny!
Thanks to my husband, 24 is my latest TV addiction.
It’s been a long time since Gerry and I have found a TV show that we both can really enjoy.
I forgot how much fun it is to look forward to that show coming on and curling up together with a bowl of popcorn.
Now, if I could just get him interested in Brothers & Sisters or CSI:NY.
