I made Mexican for dinner last night and these new Flour Tortilla Chips are awesome !

Something tells me that this phone call is going to not only hurt Mr. Baldwin’s court case, but also his book sales.

Myself, I am not sure what is worse, losing your temper with your 11 year old daughter while leaving a voice mail or being the mother that leaked it to the press out of spite.
What I do feel sure about it, is that most of the time divorce is pretty ugly and it truly is the kids that end up suffering the most.

Oh, how I have missed you. Has it really only been a week since you’ve been here?
It feels much more like a month.

Why is it that every time I sit down to eat dinner the phone rings a hundred times?
Alright, maybe it rang five or six times and not really a hundred but it sure felt like a hundred and my garlic shrimp pasta was still cold.

Whats up with Blogrolling?
Is it ever coming back? Does it not know how much I use it?

Is it just me or does anyone else get the feeling that Rick Schroder was brought in to replace Kiefer Sutherland ? I am not so sure how I feel about that.

Also, if Daniels is the acting president next season, I may not be able to watch.
Damn, I hate that guy.

All and all I think it’s been a pretty entertaining season.
We have what, one more episode left?

There is no way I could complain or feel sorry myself today, not with stories like this in the news.

My heart goes out to all of the victims and their families.

Because of everything happening at once, I am having a lot of trouble paying our bills this month.  I have been trying to come up with some ideas on how to raise some money online. Of course the first thing I did was scope the house for possible Ebay items. I found a few but not enough.
Then I remembered that over the weekend I was given a $10.00 Best Buy gift card. I thought way not try to raffle it off. It has NO EXPIRATION DATE right on it and it can be used in any Best Buy store or online.

Here’s what I am thinking,

Then next Monday evening, April 23th I will have my daughter Allison pick the winning number out of a bag. I can even post a little video of her choosing the winner.

My sister invited us over last night for a few drinks and to hang out with her brother in law and his wife. She told me on the phone that they had brought over their Wii.
Let me start by saying, I am so not a gamer, I mean not at all. The last video game I liked was Ms. Pacman or maybe Centipede. so I was expecting to just hang out and watch them play.

Well, I had no idea!
We had such a good time playing the bowling. We also had some pretty damn good drinks.
It was just what I needed, a few hours of fun and laughs with my sister and letting go of all the stress that is going on in our life right now.

Yeah, now I am hooked, I need one of these. Like right now.

I am about to dump like a dump truck. Something I don’t do here very often but may start for the sake of my sanity!

In the past month my life has made four huge changes and every day I am waking up with my head spinning and wondering what the hell will happen next.
First, our house payment as of this month went up $300.00 because of a mistake in the escrow, making it a whopping $1400.00 payment that we so can not afford. Then a week later, my brother in law who my husband was very close to passed away. This has been very hard on my little family here. Strike three, with out him, my mother in law can no longer afford her apartment and has to move in with us. Being the person I clash with the most on this earth, I am really stressing to say the least. But I love my husband and will try my best to make this work. Okay, number four, my husband’s shop went under this week. He doesn’t even know for sure if he is being paid for the past two weeks he has worked. We are in some serious shit!
I always thought bad things came in 3s? I said that to my mother and she said to brace myself for two more then, but I think we just got hit with an extra and have had enough.
I mean I don’t think we can take any more.

I took Allison to work with me today for the first time.
She was a good helper and we had a great day together.
