The weather man says it’s going to be 90 degrees and muggy today.
The perfect day to sit in a nice cool theater with my dad, my sister and a Stephen King movie.

Anyone miss it yet?

I went with Bethany to see the doctor this afternoon and she is dilated to two and the baby is the ready position.  She has been having mild contractions for a couple of days now.
Our doctor said she could stay that way for two weeks or she could go tomorrow, there is really no way to know for sure. But she told us to have her bag packed and ready. 
My stomach is in knots !

I don’t think my daughter is going to be pregnant much longer. She is having all the signs of this baby coming soon. She lost her mucus plug about a week ago , she is carrying much lower all of a sudden, her lower back hurts so bad it brings her to tears and has been keeping her up at night the past couple of days. The big sign to me is that I called her about 10:00pm last night and she was scrubbing her tub. From my experience the only time a woman scrubs her bath tub at 10:00pm is when she about to go into labor.
It would be kind of fun to have a 4Th of July baby, if not she sees the doctor tomorrow afternoon, I hope she has news for us.

The beginning of some thing great.

I am so happy to be home this week with no real plans.  I really needed some time with out a schedule. I am getting all kinds of things done around the house that have been put off for far too long. I have also been up late every night since Friday getting caught up on my DVR recordings and watching movies.
I do plan on giving myself plenty of time to be a total slacker, to hang out in my PJ’s unshowered for a day or two before returning back to work.

As for today, maybe I’ll take Allison and Roxy to the park this afernoon or maybe Allison and I will catch an afternoon movie? Or maybe we’ll do nothing? It’s too early to say for sure.
Man, I am loving this vacation. I feel so free.

After living in the dark for so long, a glimpse of light can make you giddy. Strange thoughts come into your head, and you better think ‘em. Has a special fate been calling you & you not listening? Is there a secret message right in front of you & you’re not reading it? Is this your last, best chance? Are you gonna take it? Or are you going to the grave with unlived lives in your veins?

Where the heck did that come from?
I just spent the last two hours working over our bedroom. Sorting, cleaning, and lots and lots of reorganizing.
I now have three bags of trash and two bags of donation I can get rid of. Boy does it feel great!

Surprising though after a late night of drinks and playing Wii with my sister and brother in law.
