The best part of being on vacation for a whole week has been walking Allison to and from the bus stop. I forgot how much I really enjoy being home for her during the day.
I just wish it didn’t go by so darn fast.

You’re not kidding time goes fast. It seems like just yesterday that my daughters who are now 32 and 35 were that young.

The kids here got out of school last Friday. That seems so early but we had no snow so no snow days were used.
I love that sweet picture of Allison. I bet you really have enjoyed this time off.

Thank you for the birthday wishes! You have a Roxy as well! Sooo cute. I need a dog in this apartment of mine. 
The part I miss the most about visiting my brother is coming home for lunch and my 10 month old (at the time) niece making a charge for me from the other side of the room. It is always the little things that mean the most.
