We made the change over to digital phone on Friday afternoon. When the guy left here he told my husband that it would take about three hours before we could receive any incoming calls. Well of course three, five then 24 hours went by and guess what, still not working.
It took until I decided to call their office and bitch this morning at 10:00am and tell them our phone was still not working properly and this is unacceptable service before it was fixed. I just don’t understand the lack of good customer service these days. With as much money as we pay out for digital cable, inter net and now phone some one in the company should have been doing a follow up to make sure the install went well and that we are happy. Really ticks me off.

Did you get somebody on the phone that actually spoke ENGLISH when you called for Customer Service? Then you are doing better than most.
I have had such a pain with phone service the past 2 months it’s unbelievable. We had Vonage for almost 2 years and it worked very good up until about 5 weeks ago. The we had problems making calls and when I called customer service I got people over in India who did nothing for us. So I decided to expand my cell plan to a family plan and get another phone to use as the home phone. After 2 weeks of this it’s just not working out. Next week we’re going with digital phone through the cable company. I hope this is the last switch I’ll have to make.
I hate poor customer service - the two companies I have had wonderful experience with customer serivce with are Apple, and LL Bean.
Nothing is the way that it used to be. Whether it be customer service, quality, anything. :( I feel your pain.
