Thank you for all of your good thoughts and prayers. It’s a done deal! My husband starts his new “DAY” job on the 12th. And here we were thinking after he put all of his cards on the table they might just not call him back again. Well they did and they gave everything he asked for in writing. It’s a big step in to management and big deal for us. I am so proud of him.
It’s going to be so nice having him home in the evenings again.

That is wonderful. You two should definitely go out and celebrate! I have always heard that you must be willing to walk away and wait to get what you want. I guess it works!
