Check this out.....you can find anyone by their cell phone number (as long as it’s turned on) via GPS satellites!

Try it yourself. Plug in your friend’s or partner’s number, if their phone is on it zeroes right in on their location.

Good way to keep tabs on somebody, I’d think......hmm......
