I guess all the finger crossing, emails and prayers didn’t matter this time.
The offer my husband received today was for him to take on more responsibility, setting up and running a new department for this new company but at three dollars less an hour then what he is making now.
I just don’t see that as some thing good for us right now. I am so disappointed. Oh well, maybe they will contact him with a bigger number down the road? If not, it just wasn’t meant to be.

Things always seem to happen for a reason. I’ve found that most times when you look back on something like this you see it was probably a good thing that brought about something better or avoided something worse.
