Stop stressing. Calm down.

I think I may need to see my doctor, I have been stressing way too often lately.
Maybe she can give me some little chill pill or something?

Ahh I am the queen of stress, anxiety and non- calmness. Have you tried yoga? I love it and it has helped.....along with my therapist and meds of course. LOL Good luck taming the stress beast but know that it can be done!
