I just opened our escrow statement for the year and I can’t believe it our house payment finally went down some. Down to $1268.00 a month! After paying $1500.00 for the past year to cover a mistake in the escrow, this is great news. All the more reason to enjoy a few drinks tonight! Whoo hoo !

That is great news! Hope you guys had a great weekend. I love Rebecca in her new hat. Did you get a Webkinz for yourself too? I finally got Caleb into them too. He couldn’t stand it. But he doesn’t want his “10 year old buddies” to know he has them!

Woot for you! I had a mistake in escrow and got a check for $700 last month. I plan on spending it for a new outdoor natural gas grill.
