Bethany and I were up way too late last night watching scary movies. First we watched The Messengers. This is my kind of scary movie. Nothing too gross, not too intense, a good cast that makes me jump a few times, PG-13 type scary with a fun plot twist to it.
Then we watched The Reaping. A much more intense movie but very well done. I did my best to talk my way out of watching it with Bethany because the trailer looked too scary for me but it turned out to be more of a good movie then scary. I enjoyed it.

Believe it or not I had never seen “Easy Rider”. We watched it the other night and I thought that it stunk.

I thought the messengers was pretty good too. I am not sure about the reaping though. I am trying to get the courage to watch it. I used to be able to watch all scary movies but since the birth of my 5 year old i can not watch one without having a nightmare. Maybe i will give it a try.

I still haven’t seen the Messengers. I rented it once but was going to have to watch it alone and I chickened out. I at least like for someone to be in the house with me! The Reaping I have been meaning to get so I am glad to finally hear a review.
