This computer was finally delivered yesterday and we have the same issue! We can’t get either Mac to work online with our wireless internet password on. My husband has spent hours on this and is still stumped, it’s really frustrating. Why do these things have to be so difficult ?
yeah, 1800sosapple i guess might help. But they’ll probably just tell you that you should be using an airport or airport express station.
I’m guessing the encryption didn’t work? probably need to change it. my macbook works with WEP2 on my linksys router, but I did have to change the encryption when I connected other devices that didn’t work on that linksys router.
what kind of router do you have?
I hope you get it figured out soon. Tech problems on the computer can be so frustrating.
I have no idea about stuff like that...but ugh! That would frustrate the heck out of me!
That’s so weird! Normally Macs are so easy to get online.
Have you called Apple Customer Service? Maybe they can help?
