Allison has had an upset stomach for over a week now but she has been feeling fine otherwise. Until late last night when I found her crying in the bathroom and spewing from both ends. After cleaning her up and tucking her back in bed, I woke up to the same crying two hours later and this time she yelled for me because she said she couldn’t see anything when she stood up. Freaked me out! So, I cleaned us both up and headed to the ER.
They put her on an IV for dehydration and took blood right away, then sent her for X-rays to make sure her appendices were fine. All important tests came back clean except her urine, which showed infection. So, basically it’s the flu with a urinary track infection. She was so brave, as scared as she was there were no tears when she saw the needles coming.

Now if I can get her to rest today and take the antibiotic with out tears, we’ll be all set.
Momma, needs a nap.
